Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package program, please reach out to us at immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

Our Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Phish Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Wednesday, February 28th at 1PM local venue time. After you click on the Travel Package with your desired city, date and package type, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

Our website lists both the price per person and price per package. These prices do not include taxes & fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before Monday, April 1, 2024, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. See more details about the payment plan option below.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability. 

Do the Phish Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required. 

Is there a payment plan for Phish Travel Packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for Travel Packages! An initial 60% plus taxes and fees will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Monday, April 1, 2024. If you purchase after Monday, April 1, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select to pay in full at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you purchase prior to Monday, April 1, 2024 and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the April 1, 2024 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at and they can assist you.

Do the Phish Travel packages come with tickets to the show?

Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to the shows for that particular market (exact dates listed on the Travel Packages page). Travel Packages in Bethel, NY include premium reserved tickets. Travel Packages in Denver include either GA Floor or GA Stands tickets.

How will I know where my seats will be at the venue?

In Bethel, NY, your seats will be premium reserved, and your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process as well as in your confirmation email. In Denver, CO, your tickets will be either GA Floor or GA Stands depending on the package you select.

Will my seats be the same for all nights included in the Travel Package?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for all nights included within your Travel Package. 

How and where will I receive my show tickets included in the Phish Travel Package?

All tickets for the Phish Summer Tour 2024 will be digital. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster where you can claim your tickets to the show. Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your Ticketmaster account, digital wallet OR print prior to getting to the show.  You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your travel package to access your tickets in Ticketmaster. If you experience any issues accessing your tickets there will be friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff at each hotel on check-in day to assist with any questions.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event. 

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, email us immediately at and we will do what we can to help.

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable here. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary here, but please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees, which are subject to change, and determined by each hotel. 

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue here. Don’t forget – roundtrip transportation between the venue and hotel is included for each show night within your purchased Travel Package!

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges. 

Are there any other fees required at hotel check-in?

For the two hotels in Bethel, NY, The Katrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark and The Resorts World Catskills, there is a $25.00 per day resort fee that is not included within the Travel Package price and will require payment upon hotel check-in. 

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x one (1) month prior to your check-in date. 

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email one (1) month prior to your check-in date. 

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us one month prior to your check-in date, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package! 

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x at All requests must be submitted to 100x one (1) month prior to your check-in date.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at and they can assist you.
